Commercial HVAC Project in West Windsor at Mercer County College

Elite Heating and Air Conditioning recently competed an HVAC project in West Windsor at Mercer County College. Elite provided the relocation of underground hot and chilled water piping sized at 2.5 and 3 inch welded steel pipe.

Heating for this new addition is provided via a city steam generated heat exchanger. All new hot water piping was provided by Elite for this project. The cooling is being generated via three Trane high efficiency rooftop units.

Elite also provided complete Direct Digital Controls for this addition. The new controls and existing were tied in together to provide 100% operation from a remote station.
