A large trucking service and repair company called on Elite to replace their HVAC unit in their repair shop. We completed a full upgrade of their unit.
The space was both heated and cooled by a five ton package unit placed on the ground and ducted into the space. Elite provided the labor to disconnect the existing unit, taking care to reclaim the refrigerant per the EPA guidelines.
We installed a 14” tall curb onto the existing concrete base. We then placed a brand new York Sunline gas heating and cooling unit onto the curb. A duct modification was required to fit the existing ducts to the new unit.
Elite provided insulated galvanized metal duct, sealed with Duct Mastic as a sealer, and we installed new galvanized gas pipe and electrical service.
